Physical Products
Orders can be cancelled only before the item is shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Product lost in transit

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged during shipping

  • After dispatch, the replacement is expected to be delivered within 4–7 business days.
